Starting in Gillingham 30 years ago, in a time before the internet and mobile phones changed estate agency. Calls were made with a 10p at a telephone box and we actually had to have sales skills! After Gillingham there followed a drive for more knowledge and a bigger challenge in Salisbury, before the desire to travel and then the ultimate challenge in London for the most successful estate agency in the country.
In latter years I have been using my experience and knowledge to fix loss making offices for a range of companies, in a variety of locations. My party trick is that I can look at any property that has not sold and know instantly why and what needs to be done – not something that encourages many party invitations!
