If we are not successful with our first strategy, all the team work together to create other approaches – lowering the price is the last option. While we work to achieve an acceptable offer, you will be kept informed of viewings and receive a weekly call to give a roundup of the previous week, internet traffic report and plan for the following week. Real live communication, not just a computer-generated report or a portal to log into – although we have those too!
